Founded by Karan, a 22-year-old finance student at Boston University, Boston Catering Co. is a testament to the power of youthful ambition and international cuisine appreciation.

- Born into a family in Dubai, Karan was exposed to many different cuisines and developed a passion for cooking when he was just three years old. His passion for food and entrepreneurship led him to establish Boston Catering Co. while studying at Boston University.

- When he was out with friends, he noticed very few options for food later at night, which inspired him to enter the restaurant space to offer meals for students at any hours of the day.
